- Specified, recommended and implemented Listrak email marketing service provider vendor to enhance deliverability, marketing automation and CAN-SPAM compliance.
- Reactivation campaign – Partnering with National Sales Manager and Customer Service Director we developed and deployed a “last chance” incentive to re-active prospects who hadn’t ordered in the previous 18 months. Results were overwhelming positive.

- Showroom Event Invitations – Migrated three showrooms from Outlook based event invites to a combination email and web based strategy. Improved attendance through downloadable calendar reminders and automatically re-sending to recipients who didn’t open and/or click. (PDF)
